Triund is one of the best treks in Dharamshala known for its beautiful trail, situated in the laps of dhauladhar mountain ranges, it has the incredible scenery of the dhauladhar mountains on one side and Kangra valley on the other. Every Year Thousands of trekkers visit Triund consistently from India and throughout the world in search of adventure and serenity. Triund trek can be portrayed as a serene trek which can be effortlessly covered by all age travelers. Trek is genuinely simple for the initial five kilometers however the last one kilometer may require a touch of Energy, the last one kilometer is famously known as the "22 bends" as it has 22 tiring bends before you, at last, achieve Triund.
Located 18 km from Dharamshala, Triund makes for an attractive trekking destination, with well-defined forest trails and breath-taking views of the entire Kangra valley. The view of the evening sky from Triund is a good enough reason to pitch a tent here for the night. The length of the trek makes it apart for a weekend. The town of McLeodganj (also known as little Lhasa) provides grand opportunity to experience the vibrant Tibetan culture. The trekking scene here is well-organized and one can embark on multiple treks of longer duration here, namely Indrahar Pass, Minkiani Pass, Kareri Lake and all the way to Kuarsi Pass and Mani-Mahesh. If you have a day to spare, fancy trekking from Triund till Lahesh Cave and explore the meadows below Indrahar Pass.

Our Group Adventure Journey will start by Boarding in Volvo Ac Bus From Delhi for Dharamshala. Prepare yourself for a Great Journey & new Friends . From Dharamshala, there are regular local buses to McLeodganj every half hour, plying from 7 am to 8 pm. You can also take a shared cab to McLeodganj or Dharamkot.
After checking in Hotel and breakfast we will go for local area exploration. McleodGanj also known as Upper Dharamsala is a suburb of Dharamsala. it is named after David McLeod, the Lieutenant Governor of Punjab.During the British rule in India.Today we will explore Dharamsala market, Dal Lake a scared lake in the wilderness. St. John church and many more places. Dinner and stay in hotel overnight.
Today we will do trekking of Triund Hills a famous trekking destinations for adventure lover. we will start our Journey by 7 am after breakfast Initial trek to Guna devi temple is now connected by road as well. Though walking gives a good warm up and a short tour of the lifestyle of local people. Guna Devi to Triund is steep but marked trail. We can also find 3 snack-shops on the way where you can re-energize yourself. Trek upto Triund is very popular and busy with many foreign guests treading the route on a daily basis. in route you will explore Bhagsunag water fall & temple. dinner & overnight stay in Camp.
After breakfast we will start our journey from our camp to Mcleodganj & will explore places like Tsuglag Khang The Dalai Lama’s temple complex, Tibet Museum Located a short walk away from the bus station at the center of town. and in evening take volvo bus for Delhi.

Me and my sons 19 and 17 years, were desperate to do a cycling tour in India after our Nepal tour with Explore Himalaya.I was nervous doing this kind of trip in India. However, our guide Akshay had planned out the safest tour and he was very safety conscious. It was an enjoyable 8-day trip and though there were some nerve-wracking road rides, most of the trip was awesome with few to no traffic. Would definitely recommend Explore Himalaya to other travelers.
